HELP. image download virus?

Okay so last night i downloaded this picture from google images. i have now deleted it but now a virus is blocked from my pc every second. the little norton thing comes up in the corner and says norton blockd an attack by: suspicious executable image download. and it is blocked about every 15 seconds and it wont stop. what do i have to do to get rid of this? thankyou so much!
