How to get rid of this virus?

I'm really not sure what kind of virus it is but I sure am an idiot for falling for it. I first downloaded something and it was a executable file. After i downloaded it, i clicked on "Run". A couple seconds later a window popped up and a REAL person started talking to me and said he could take all my passwords. I scanned my computer with malwarebytes already but i still don't feel safe.. How do i get rid of this virus?
