Is Obama guilty of treason?

He now has the USAF and the USN helping the rebels and they are the same people we are fighting on 2 other fronts! This is called aiding the enemy and is an executable offense for a soldier and since he is commander and chief of all the military he is subject to the UCMJ. He says we do not have "boots on the ground: but he has sent in the CIA and that constitutes 'boots on the ground" and he has now engaged our military in a war without congressional approval. What are we going to do about him?
