The worst thing you could do is to NOT tell him and let him go through with the divorce thinking he's going to marry you! Definitely tell him ASAP that your feelings have changed. Just put it this way, say "I don't feel the same way about you anymore, and I"m not really thinking about marrying anyone right now."
