What does this mean I scan for virus and that is what I get so far?

I was asking a lot of questions about my computer security I download anti malware scan with him get a Trojan and now I scan with my AVG again and get this in my result I use skype alot and it sy in my skype setup.exe result is corrupted executable file ........what does it mean?
