Computer Virus Help!!?

My friend asked me to help her remove a virus on her computer. The virus is win 7 antivirus 2012. When I boot in safe mode the virus still runs. It blocks all executable files so I can’t even do a system restore. The computer is running Windows 7 and all the online removal information seems to be for XP. Some removal information has told me to end the process hee.exe, pnn.exe, and kdn.exe but none of them appear under the running processes. Any help resolving this issue would be much appreciated.
